Love Water Memory is a story about Lucie, a women in her late thirties, who finds herself standing in the water of the San Francisco Bay. She is standing there with out any idea of who she is, where she came from, why she is there, anything.
She had a fiance, but will she want to marry him when she now has no memory of him? What will she find when she digs into her past?
The story is told from multiple viewpoints as Lucie searches to discover events in her past that could have caused her to erase her memory. This allowed to see the memory loss from inside Lucie's mind as well as the people who new the "old Lucie," which I thought was very effective.

There are a few books that I have read that are similar to this one, with the main character not knowing anything about themselves, but there was something different about this book that made me enjoy it just a bit more. I can't quite put my finger on it but there was something about Lucie that I could relate to.Each time I picked it up I did not want to put it down.
If you like romance with a bit of mystery, then I would give this book a try!
