Can't remember the title! An adult book

I can't remember it all too well but it was an adult book about a woman that was in some kind of club, like a book club, and she was participating in some kind of competition where she made something with caramel. All the while she was having hot sex with this guy, they even did it on the hood of the car once. That's all I can really remember about it. I read it maybe 5-7 years ago. I vaguely remember the title being something like "the ____ club".
Please help me.
