I just finished Susanna Kearsley's "The Firebird" and Wow! I loved his book. If you enjoyed "The Winter Sea", this is a must read. Kearsley is an extremely talented storyteller who weaves two tales, one past, one present, both equally intriguing into a beautiful tapestry. Rich in historical detail with compelling characters and a twist of the paranormal this story delivers a romantic adventure. It made me smile, it made me cry, it made me believe in love.....
