Need help finding a previous book I LOVED!

Several years ago I barrowed a book from a friend but never found out the name of the book and am not currently in contact with her, so hoping someone on here can help me out!
I can't remember much in depth detail because this was a while ago but it was about a woman going to a sex (kamasutra?) conference who hooked up with the host. The point of view changed from her to a couple other people but focused around her and the host. There was sex scenes practically every chapter and the conference was held at a hotel (I think..). I thought I found it recently (Blush by Opal Carew) but it's not the same book just very similar with the changing views and conference.. I do recommend Blush for anyone looking for a good book!
