I have lost a book - seeking knowledgeable

Apologies if this is not the right place for such a post.
When I was younger I read my first erotic novel. It was in a public library and naturally being young I was blown away. I was amazed that such a hardcore book was at a public library. ~10 years on I wish to find that book that started it all for me. But I have learnt its like trying to find a grain of sand on a beach.
Maybe someone else knows what one it is if I describe it. One can only hope.
Its about a young girl in a smallish town. She is secretly a lesbian and this is something she has to hide for some reason. Someone see's them making out on the edge of a forest
Someone she trusts uses this to blackmail her into sexual deeds. It might be a church pastor or a counselor of some kind. She ends up blind folded tied down over maybe a church altar. While random men she never finds out who etc do their thing. There is also a part with some kind of insertion belt she is forced to wear. Afterwards she never can find out who was in on it but she suspects most of the towns men.
In the end she ends up liking it all and goes back home to her girlfriend but never tells her how she has sexually changed or what has happened.
It could be that it was a very trashy book poorly written, but it would have nostalgia effect to find it. It had a major impact in discovering myself when I was young.
