In Love With a Haunted House

In this story about “Gray Oaks” the main characters Mallory Clark and Blake Hunter take their differences and learn to become an “item.” Blake has secrets which become clear as the reader goes further in the story. Kate Goldman the author knows how to keep the reader turning the pages and her characters you’ll come to love from reading this love adventure. Mallory loses her boyfriend Jim and her job and goes home with the idea of buying Gray Oaks. She arrives to find she has competition in Blake Hunter. I found this love novel to be an exciting read. Kate Goldman is becoming one of my favorite authors, and I have enjoyed reading her works. Blake and Mallory come up with a plan. The character that I liked best in the book was Lonnie, he really is a trouble maker, but makes the story come alive. One of my favorite lines from the story. “Even vampires have a heart, after all they have to have something to stab the stake into.” Is the house really haunted? Find the answer and many more by reading this excellent 5 star story. The ending is superb. The author has talent to show the reader a quality story that is a quick read. Well written.
