Anastasia Emmott quits her job and loses her boyfriend Aaron Rose, because of this she decides to open her own bakery. She meets Darren King who is really an undercover agent pretending to be a baker at his own business. My favorite character in the story is Erica, mother to Anastasia. Like most moms she knows just how to handle the break up of Anastasia and Aaron. Ice cream works wonders every time. She meets a one-night stand named Christopher Myers and she never hears from him again. She meets Daniel and goes on a few dates with him but doesn't find him to be someone she wants to spend the rest of her life with. She enters a baking contest and wins the top prize. The story builds to an exciting climax for both Anastasia and Darren. No spoilers in this review. I love Kate Goldman as an author she knows how to write a great read. I have put many of her wonderful stories through the kindle that I own. I look forward with anticipation for the next one she writes.. I rated this one 5 stars. Well written.
