This story finds the family heading west in a wagon train. Jackson, Claire and their children, Jacob and Esme. Wanting to stake their claim and make their homestead. What they did not know was that their land was part of the Indian territory. Some parts of the sacred burial grounds. Chea one of the Indian braves has a major part in this story. He ends up kidnapping Claire and the story comes to a climax as the characters battle their emotions. Esme makes friends with Leotie who was a young Indian at one time. The story is an exciting read. Warning there are explicit sexual scenes within the story. What happens to bring this story to an exciting finish. You’ll enjoy reading of the early western adventures written by Nathaniel Wake. Looking forward to reading more of the fine literary adventures by this talented author. Rated this story a solid 5 star rating. Well written.
