Matchmaker
By Bella Grant
Sterling Waters is a bad boy billionaire and Cherise Myers is the lucky girl who he hires in order to find him his wife. Sterling Waters needs to marry but he has accepted that he will never love anyone as much as his dog. In his eyes there is no such thing as a “perfect girl”, much less a woman who could ever love. Since he is essentially being forced in to finding someone to marry, he hires a matchmaker because he does not have time for the nonsense which others call love. As long as the woman the matchmaker chooses for him is an idealistic match, as well as someone he can tolerate for the rest of his life, he plans on marrying said woman.
Cherise Myers is hired to find a hot a heck and tattooed billionaire a wife. Perks include an awesome salary, credit cards with no limits, all-expense paid shopping and she gets to travel around the world no expenses paid. Best part, if she finds him the perfect match, he will pay off all of her student loans and finance her PhD.
This job seems simply, right? Hand pick a few attractive girls who meet his requirements and standards and let the wedding bells ring. However, Cherise did not expect that Sterling could be so difficult, picky, charming and irresistible. Can Cherise find Sterling a woman who he could care about as much as his dog, much less a wife? Will Sterling give any of the hand-picked women a chance or is he destined to lose it all?
I give this book three out of four stars. I have never been disappointed by any book that Bella Grant has written. While the book seemed simple, it was beyond enjoyable. I loved learning about the character’s. I loved reading about the changes which each character goes through and how different the person they become is from the person that they were.
