The e-book The Path to Love: 7 Fatal Mistakes to Avoid & 7 Steps to Get Him Addicted to You is one of many e-books written by Alexandra Fox. It teaches women how to get into the male mindset. Even though this e-book is short, Fox does not leave out any details. She not only points out many valid mistakes women make when dating; she also offers scenarios and common situations to help confirm when the mistakes are being made. While the first section of the book handles the mistakes women make while dating men, the second section offers solutions to get your man addicted to you in an easy format. By the end of the book, I did not feel so alone because Fox mentions mistakes that all women make and solutions that any woman can comprehend.

Alexandra Fox did a superb job with the layout of this particular book. It is especially easy to recognize the main steps and even easier to learn how to follow the steps. This book is easy enough for a beginner to follow but also mentions solutions that even the most experienced dater would need to obtain. Also, the persona Fox portrays in this book is incredible. She makes you feel confident and jump starts your willpower to keep dating. By the end of this book, she is your new best friend.

However, I did feel like there were only four mistakes in the first section of the book instead of seven as first believed. Three of the mistakes are really the same mistake just worded differently. This was obviously very disappointing for many reasons but the most obvious is I was mislead by believing seven different mistakes would be listed in this book. In addition, the second section of this book: 7 Steps to Get Him Addicted to You was even more disappointing. While reading the second section, I felt like Fox was going back to the same two points after every step listed. The two points she kept revolving around were as follows: consistently lie to him and play mind games. I personally would sum up Fox's second section of this book in 4 words: Be Fake & Be Unpredictable!

I would rate this book 2 out of 4 for many reasons. One reason, the book only offers four fatal mistakes to avoid instead of seven. Therefore, not only is the reader wasting their time but they are also not learning any new information in three of the sections. Another reason, the second half of this book is stretched out into seven steps to get him addicted to you when it could be written in one sentence: Get him addicted to you by being fake and completely unpredictable while lying and showing him absolutely no attention. I did not give this book a 1 because the format of this book is phenomenal and Fox does offer four out of seven steps in the first section. I believe The Path to Love: 7 Fatal Mistakes to Avoid & 7 Steps to Get Him Addicted to You was a fun book to read but should not be taken as a serious instructional book.

In conclusion, I did have a few laughs throughout the book especially when Alexandra Fox mentions scenarios I have found myself in many times. On the other hand, I would not recommend this book to someone who is seriously seeking valid information on dating or how to get a man addicted to themselves. Also, this book would most definitely appeal to the older female age range of eighteen years old and up. In addition, I believe men could also find this book humorous by giving them a different perspective on how women see men. Overall, I would not recommend this book to a friend.
