Review of Finding Miranda

Reading Finding Miranda was a pure delight. It was a relatively quick read full of fun, quirky characters. I would give the book 4 out of 4 stars, a perfect book for the beach.
Set in a small town in Florida, the book opens with scene that made me laugh out loud. I was hooked immediately. The plot involves a stereotypical young librarian finding her way to a new life and a new love. Along the way, Miranda becomes embroiled in a mystery with her back-door neighbor; a blind, late night radio talk show host for insomniacs. After some heart-pounding developments, the couple manages to solve the mystery and find their way to a new normal.
The book offers some light romance, intrigue, and adventure. I was surprised when it ended and longed for a longer text. I would highly recommend the book for anyone looking for a quick, enjoyable adventure.
