This sounds like a great book. All children should have love and respect and should always feel safe. Children who grow up without these may always feel they are not good enough. This book gives children pride and confidence to achieve their best. I agree with the reviewer that this should be essential reading in schools. Excellent review; thank you!

It's wonderful to see a book that inspires resilience and determination in the face of adversity, and "Dumb" Orphans: A Bundu Bunch Trilogy appears to do just that. It's heartening to see the author explore themes of leadership and the treatment of less privileged individuals in society. This review gives a great insight into the book and its impact, and it's fantastic to see a recommendation for it to be included in school curricula.

I agree that every child is deserving of the same quality and quantity of care and support, so it would be fascinating to learn how the characters in this book will survive despite experiencing inequality in terms of the care and support they receive.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

Today's BOTD is a well-written and illustrated novel that teens are going to love. Filled with themes about determination, resilience, and perseverance, readers will not only find inspiration in the pages of this book, but also courage to keep moving forward toward their dreams. Thank you again! :-)

The fact that the author addresses the difference between how egocentric leaders act when in power, and selfless leaders act when in power, is commendable enough to make me read this book. Furthermore, the prejudices of black against black is heartbreaking enough as it still happen in today’s society.

Thank you for your great review. I can't possibly imagine how hard it was for these kids. Though education is important, many different things can make one "smart". I know this book was written for teenagers mainly, but it has great lessons for everyone. Sometimes kids are smarter and more resilient than adults give them credit for. I would like to know how Aiyasha was able to raise the other orphans when she was still growing up herself. I enjoyed the sample and based on your review I have added it to my list of books to read.

''Official Review: ''Dumb" Orphans: A Bundu Bunch Trilogy'' by Allan Low is a simple and spontaneous description of the young adult story of the book for readers. I love the way the reviewer relates the book to larger issues. The point that the author looks into the affairs of man, including man's behavior when privileged with a powerful position is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that one interesting theme running through the story is the theme of resilience and determination, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book is an inspiring story every teenager should read!

Catering for 7 kids at such a young age must be very challenging for Aiyasha. Thanks for an incredible review. Congrats on being the BOTD.

This is a big responsibility for Aiyasha to take care of other children even as an orphan. One thing I learned is that with determination, one can achieve whatever something great. Nice review.

This seems to be an exciting book. Poverty can derail a child's life. The death of a breadwinner is a devastating blow at all times. I'll love to read this book. Thanks for the review.

This book highlights the stigma that many orphans face. This world would be a better place if privileged people had a better attitude toward others.
As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will always exist.
