The title of this novel is very captivating. I wonder what Laura’s childhood could have had to do with her decisions. I am also glad to hear about the great descriptions. Congratulations on BOTD!

The book 'Hyena's Stare' is a very interesting book. It's encouraging to see the positive impact of real-world examples and the effectiveness of practical insights. The book is reloaded with the journey insights of Dr. Clara from Ohio to Ethiopia whereby, the combination of medical mystery, cultural exploration, and political intrigue, is set inside an African backdrop.

It seems different to read a book with a combined genre of medical mystery and cultural exploration. Learning and receiving knowledge about different cultures with the background of not yet visited place or country through book reading is a bliss. In that way, "Hyena's Stare" will feed a knowledge and life lessons with a wild and mystery filled plot. Congratulations on the BOTD! Nice review.

This novel seems adventurous, with a hint of medical concepts. I hope it's not heavy on medical terminology so it can have a wider target audience.
