This book is a must-read. It touches the innocence vulnerabilities in an African landscape . Children are presented with health issues and on top of that .they find their innocence violated harshly without any where to escape but to live through the hardships.

It reminds me of another book I read recently, it was also about orphans. A 15-year-old girl is barely an adult, who needs support and help too. The story can be very touching, to see how will Aiyasha help the other children in a life full of injustice and difficulties.
