Love the unique premise. The heroine goes on a journey to combat a real plague. Ethiopian culture is also something I haven't seen before in the books I've read. It scores high in terms of novelty. Can't wait to read til the end.
I write the best reviews possible. :idea2:

It is a beautiful journey. The protagonist travels to Africa. The description of places makes them feel real. The medical mission creates a sense of humanity.

It's one thing to be trapped in a web of mystery on familiar grounds. When you're far away from home, it becomes a mind-boggling adventure. I'm wondering how Dr. Laura will fare in Africa.

The book appears to highlight the healthcare situation in remote areas. Health professionals from younger generations favor practicing in urban locations. Folklore weaves into mainstream medicine to address medical situations. It emphasizes the significance of providing adequate healthcare to everyone, regardless of location.
