Thanks for the informative review. The book sounds like a fun read. I would love to see how the protagonist gets over her conflicted feelings about spending the summer with her aunt and how she deals with the unfamiliar environment she finds herself in. Congrats on being the BOTD.

When parents give divorce to each other they don't know what their children goes through. Lack of the absence of one of the parents or both of them turns the life of a child into a mess. Your review was totally freaking awesome . Looking forward to read this book . Thank you for this great review

Lea's experience of having to go through her parents' separation is a subject that many children in modern day families experience. This book may be highly relatable to many people especially those who have gone through almost the same experience.

Dealing with separation is hard, and for someone as young as Leah, it night seem even harder. I'm curious to read about how she handles separation from her loved ones and living with a stranger.

:techie-reference: The author uses Lea's struggle with change to paint a beautiful picture of what it means to grow up and adjust to the unexpected nature of life. This taught me how beautful life is regardless of uncertain circumstances.

I like the description of the book, might read it next. Lea feels so relatable because of things she is going through. Growing up is hard , especially the teenage part. Someone who is growing up without any support turns out the strongest, most of the time. Its good for kids going through their parent's divorce trauma.
