The story seems sweet and cute. It is ideal for animal lovers, or to encourage children to appreciate animals. Thanks for your review.

I do enjoy classic cartoons, and the fact that the book is reminiscent of it is a plus. However, the fact that it's not error-free is quite serious to me, given that this is a children's book – after all, it would not do to have children learning the wrong grammar from their books. Thanks for the review!

This sounds a perfect read for kids as I personally feel that books with animals as protagonist are good for kids. This is such a sweet story about siblings and without sibiling rivalry. The apprehension of a new animal joining the family is such a familiar feeling. Congrats on BOTD.

A cute story. Great children's book filled with joy and many things that kids must learn nowadays. A fun-filled imaginary world and I love it. It's refreshing how the whole set is in farmland.

This is a very sweet and memorable children's book that can be used to teach kids about siblings and having new friends/sibling. I especially like the coming alive feeling of the illustrations and the easy-to-read font and writing style. Congrats on the BOTD!

Being a book about a kitten, it certainly attracts me and my future grandchildren, since it runs in our blood to love cats :) I think this book is perfect to make kids like animals and, as the review said it well, to make them accept a new sibling.

This is a children's book and I have no children. On the other hand, it looks to be a decent one for kids.

From a sampling, this was a nice story for young readers and parents with young children. While I am not in the target range, it still is worth a quick read for those that like stories with lessons. Well done.

This sounds like a really cute children's book! I am curious what the mystery animal is. It sounds like the other animals adjusted well to it. Thanks for the wonderful review!
