I love that the author sometimes poses questions to the readers. For instance, "What animal is Mary riding on?" "How many stars can you spot in the sky?" "What is the name of Mary and Joseph's son?" This will help children not only "read" the story but "know" it. Apart from those questions asked in the book, the author also compiled more questions at the end of the book.
That's a brilliant way to engage little readers! Kids curiosity is one of their best qualities and the author was able to make the best of it. And we all need a reminder that Christmas is not just about parties and presents. Thank you for your great review.

"I Wonder Why It's Christmas" is very informative, explaining the true meaning of Christmas to children. As a kid, I didn't know what Christmas meant. I used to regard Christmas as a big day to be given presents, dress well, eat good stuff, and do a lot of good stuff. The book will help children understand the significance of Christmas. Nice review.

This is a children's book that aims to answer the question "why it's Christmas?". The story starts with an angel accosting Mary with a message from God. The angel says she would be one pregnant and give birth to a son. Mary was because because she was not married yet. But, she accepted the will of God and that was the beginning of Christmas.

In addition to clarifying for children why we celebrate Christmas, it transmits biblical teachings about Jesus. Furthermore, it includes attractive images for children that help them understand the story easily.

"This children's book about the birth of Jesus is simply enchanting! It skillfully combines simple language with beautiful illustrations, making it accessible to young children yet engaging for adults as well. The author adeptly conveys the key moments of this extraordinary story, prompting readers to reflect on the significance of Christmas. By reading this book, children not only develop their understanding of religious events but also gain important lessons about love, compassion, and empathy. I highly recommend this book as a wonderful way to introduce children to the Christmas theme and instill the foundations of religious and moral consciousness."
