Re: Review of I Wonder Why It's Christmas
That's a brilliant way to engage little readers! Kids curiosity is one of their best qualities and the author was able to make the best of it. And we all need a reminder that Christmas is not just about parties and presents. Thank you for your great review.I love that the author sometimes poses questions to the readers. For instance, "What animal is Mary riding on?" "How many stars can you spot in the sky?" "What is the name of Mary and Joseph's son?" This will help children not only "read" the story but "know" it. Apart from those questions asked in the book, the author also compiled more questions at the end of the book.
