Alfie's Attack Through this book, children can accept asthma in a good way. Personally, it caught my attention because it is beautiful, especially since it talks about asthma in a child, which is often neglected in children’s diseases, and we talk about adults who suffer from the same disease. I loved it.

Thank you for your informative review on "Alfie's Attack" by David Bohline. Alfie suffers with asthma. This book mainly achieves through the incidents surrounding the life of the character Alfie, his encounter with a shark and the following development, and the intervention of the health professional, D'Octopus. On the measures for its management, there are tips provided in the scenes "Alfie's Rescue" and "D'Octopus," and then a whole bulk of information in the "What to do" section of the "Notes to Parents." I found these really informative and impactful. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

I love children's books that can assist little ones to understand their health issues. Another book to be added to the schools; curriculum.

Alfie is a brave fish, suffering from asthma, a common and scary disease. Suddenly Alfie is face to face with a shark, but shockingly they end up learning about life with asthma. This is without a doubt, a book that will teach children how to take better care of themselves.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad you liked the book and that it was error-free. I enjoy children's books, and especially those with great lessons. My son has mild asthma and has outgrown most of it. But I still remember the first few episodes he had and how scared I was. This is a great subject for kids and adults. It can bother kids to think they are "different". Knowing there is someone else with it helps a lot. I've added it to my list of books to read.

A fun book for children to learn about asthma and those who have asthma. Told by a fish and his friends! Who knew a fish could help children like this? What a nice idea!

This seems like quite a practical book to have around, especially for teachers and parents. For kids I think it can be also quite informative and helpful, it will make them understand what asthma is and how to help those friends who has it. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD.

An asthma attack is really scary and must be even worse for a child, who doesn't have the understanding grownups have. This book will be very useful to children suffering from the disease and their parents, teachers and caregivers. Thank you for your informative review.
