'I think the most outstanding message of the story is the need to pay more attention to our children and to be more accessible, so we can, all things being equal, be able to know when they are bullied or burdened by something.'
This is a very good theme that this book upholds.

Thank you for your thorough review of Wise Winston's Walk! I appreciate how you highlighted Winston's role as a guide and counselor for the children, especially since it emphasizes the importance of paying attention to children's emotional needs. The idea that children might suffer in silence, or seek guidance from peers who may not always have the best advice, is an important message for both parents and educators. Winston's character seems like a wonderful tool to help children navigate their own challenges in a positive way. Your mention of the book being free of grammatical and typographical errors also reassures me that it will be a smooth read for kids. I'm glad to hear that the illustrations add to the story's impact. This sounds like a perfect book for children who need a little extra support in understanding their feelings and relationships. Thanks for sharing your insights!

This was a great idea for a book. My animals were always the ones I cried to when everything went wrong. The book sounds like a wonderful book for parents to read with their children. This would provide an opportunity for the child to open up about what they are going through. I agree with you that having your children get advice from their friends is risky. Your review is informative and well-written. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your great review. I adore children's books, especially when they have a lesson in them. Parents do need to learn to listen to children because what they are talking about is so important to them and frequently they will listen to a dog and animals even more in a story. That's marvelous that it was edited so well. I have added it to my list of books to read and will also let others with young children and grandchildren know about it.
