Review for "Just Us Our Adventure" by Terrence Young-Turner

The story begins with an alligator who is sad because he feels mistreated and everyone always runs away from him when he goes out to let the sun shine on him. He doesn't understand why and decides to leave home in search of something better.
On his short journey, he meets other animals that also don't fit in, are lonely or are also treated differently by others. They decide to go on their journey together to search for something better.
The story ends abruptly, when they decide this journey was to meet each other.

The story is very simplistic, and the story was never really developed. The ending sentence left me confused. The alligator stated that "we choose who our family is". I feel like this should say friends instead of family. You don't get to choose your family, but you do choose who your friends are.
I think the writer had good intentions but, the story needs a bit more development and thought.

I give this book a rating 3 out of 5. I gave this book this rating because it has many grammatical/punctuation errors, and because the story was not fully developed, and had an abrupt ending.
I do understand this is a children's book, but I feel more details and development of the story would give it more meaning.

The story follows an alligator who feels mistreated and lonely because others always run away from him. He sets out on a journey to find something better and along the way, meets other animals who also feel out of place or treated differently. Together, they embark on their quest, only to realize that the true reward was meeting each other. The story ends abruptly, focusing on the power of connection and understanding.

Hey, I just read your review for "Just Us Our Adventure" by Terrence Young-Turner. It seems like an interesting concept for a children's book, but it falls short in a few areas. I appreciate your point about the story lacking development and having an abrupt ending. The grammatical and punctuation errors also make me question the overall quality of the book.

Based on your review, I would rate this book a 3 out of 5. It has potential, but it needs more attention to detail and a stronger storyline. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Masterful world-building, brought the setting to life.
