This book is so beautiful it made me stop everything just to take it all in. If you're looking for a thoughtful and stunning gift, especially for Christmas, look no further—this is IT. The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse is more than a book; it’s a heartfelt journey about unlikely friendships and love, filled with gorgeous illustrations that have a nostalgic touch, reminiscent of E.H. The story begins with the boy meeting the mole, and let me tell you, the mole is absolutely adorable. Never thought I’d say that about a mole, considering the havoc they wreak on lawns, but this little guy is different. He’s an optimist, believes everything is better with cake, and honestly? Same. Completely on board with that.
