More Than Just Leading, by Brent D. Ruben and Watts Ruben, is a children's book about how to be a good leader. The beginning of the book is written for adults and explains how to use the book effectively. It then explains what leadership is and how you can be a better leader. It included topics such as how to be a good leader, how to communicate well, dealing with disagreements, and many more.

The part of the book I liked most was the section explaining how you can be a better leader. It had different scenarios and questions for the child reading it to answer. For example, one scenario was about students having to pick a type of class party, but they were having trouble agreeing. Another scenario involved a playdate where the kids playing couldn't agree on what to play. Then, questions asked the reader how they would handle the situation. I liked that it was interactive, and the questions were good for getting the conversation going.

There wasn't anything specific I disliked about the book. It did what it was meant to do: explain leadership to children. It wasn't particularly exciting, but it wasn't meant to be.

I think this book would be great for teachers to use in their classrooms. Besides talking about being a leader, it also explains how to be a good follower. Both of these are important roles. Teachers could use this book to help students work better in groups. The interactive questions and scenarios would make great lessons. It would also be an excellent tool for parents whose children want to learn more about being a leader.

I would rate More Than Just Leading 5 out of 5 stars. I wouldn't rate it any lower because it perfectly matched the description of what it was meant to be. It used language children would understand and had colorful pictures.

I really enjoyed More Than Just Leading. I plan on reading it to my own kids soon!
