As a prospective reader, this review of Columbus, Slave Trader by Marcus Wilson suggests a compelling and eye-opening historical fiction that explores a lesser-known aspect of Columbus’s legacy. The novel’s focus on Columbus’s involvement in the slave trade, rather than his more commonly celebrated role as an explorer, instantly grabs attention.

Hi @Cynthia Pence, I just read your comments on the official review of "Columbus, Slave Trader" and I doubt Coumbus would have received the adoration he received for discovering America if he and his Spanish Conquistadors were involved in the slave trading business right after he discovered the New World. Since he made at least 4 voyages to the New World I do not doubt that slave trading occurred. I was also surprised to learn that he was Jewish. So much of what Columbus did was brushed under the straw when it came to the slave trade. @Mrlefty0706
