Re: Review of Magi Apprentice

I am fascinated by how Rassan's divinely destined encounter with a dying member of an important Magi Order would set him on a journey to discover the Creator's plans and the birth of a prophesied champion. I am intrigued by the way of the Bright and Morning Star. I am interested in learning how the Eastern Magi depicted in the Bible is shown in the novel.

Nice review. In "Magi Apprentice ", Rassan embarks on a mission to hand over astronomical chart to Master Darya Vous in Babylon. From there, his study of creators message behind stars begin. Character development and plot is amazing, which makes this book worth reading.

Hi, you state that this book is for those who enjoy Biblical fiction; it does sound like it's quite religiously focused. While the astronomical aspect appeals to me, I'm not sure the rest of the content is for me. Thanks for the thorough review.

Thank you immensely for introducing me to the captivating world within "Magi Apprentice" by Dan E. Hendrickson. The way he intricately weaves history, prophecy, and the celestial into an engaging narrative is truly remarkable.

We celebrate the day of the Magi in my country, and I consider them an important part of the holiday season and of the birth of Christ, so I'm super glad this fascinating book reimagines this story. Thank you!

Since I have reviewed this book, I can attest that your review is comprehensive. However, I felt that the narration was boring and there was the use of a rather worn-out plot wherein a seductress is sent to the main character to change his views but instead ends up falling for him. And considering the fact that it is mainly based on Christianity, it will be suitable for mainly Christians.

Magi Apprentice by Dan E. Hendrickson tells the story of Rassan, a soldier who becomes a hero guided by God. The book mixes history and excitement, showing Rassan facing tough enemies.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting historical fiction story set in Biblical times following a soldier who meets an elderly member of the dying Magi and begins to learn from the old man about the battle between good versus evil. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I'm honest when I say at first I thought this is not something I would read but after reading the sample and now the review, this sounds like a very interesting book. I can't wait to read about Rassan's journey and I'm curious to see if he reaches his destiny in the end. Thanks for a wonder review.

When Rassan met a dying member of the Magi Order, he realized his destiny was not what he thought. Rassan will start learning the path of the stars, trying to understand the Creator's plan, and visiting places he never imagined to exist. But as his journey progresses, he will face forces that will attempt to stop him.

I found this review to be very compelling. After reading the sample, I was unsure about reading it as it seemed like more of a screenplay than a novel, but the review here makes it clear that it is a captivating novel. It's also clear that astrology and astronomy are central to the story which endears me to consist giving the story a full read.

This is the first time I have come across a story depicting the Magi as a military order out to discover the divine plans of the birth of a savior. The story is coming at an appropriate time as we near Christmas. Thanks for the review.

We don't think much about the Eastern magi or the 3 wise men as they are referred to in the Bible, except that they brought gifts for Jesus when He was born. They followed a bright star, which does elude to an interest in the stars. This novel set against those biblical times should be quite entertaining. Thank you for the great review.
