Tanaya, I have added this book to my bookshelf because it sounds really interesting. I think your review is excellent and it really helped me to decide that I want to read it.

I'm with all the other commentators here - I love the review! I enjoyed your comment at the end about being a fantasy fanatic most of all. Up until that point, I wasn't sure it was for me. Now I'm intrigued!

Attila the Hun was a powerful character. It will be fascinating to know how the author narrates that period and how much creative liberty he has used.

Wow, this sounds like a fantastic novel. I appreciate you mentioning the realism factor one can sense in the protagonist. It's always intriguing how one envisions imprisoned characters to become. Definitely something I'll put on my list.
