I can tell the excitement the reviewer has for this book. This review actually got me really interested in reading the book, it sounds a little like hacksaw ridge setting wise. I've always been a history buff I particularly enjoy books set in times of conflict, and the Vietnam War is certainly a compelling and harrowing time. This review convinced me to pick up this book and give it a try.

The summery of the book sounds so interesting and I'm intrigued to grab the book. Romance novels is one of my favorite genre and with plot like this, it certainly is my kind of read. As the review said that it's more than a conventional love story, I'm looking forward to find out more.

Romance is just about my least favorite genre. I am, however, interested in the relationship between Jenny and Ed, but especially that of Jenny and Sam. Ask I understand it, the war in Vietnam ruined a lot of relationships. Congratulations on BOTD!

Listen to Your Heart seems like a deeply emotional and unconventional romance that goes beyond the usual love story. The idea of two childhood friends mistaking their bond for sibling-like affection, only to be separated by war and miscommunication, feels both heartbreaking and intriguing. I like how the book shifts between Sam and Jenny’s perspectives, making their emotions more personal. The inclusion of philosophical insights, humor, and rich descriptions of life in Sugar Creek adds richness to the story, making this more than just a romance novel. It sounds like a story that lingers with you long after reading.

"Listen to Your Heart" by Judy Condon, a book that features love a nd bonding between two people. It will be interesting to find out how these two characters, Sam and Jenny, were able to cope throughout. A book to be read.

Alas, I am not a romance enthusiast, and from the looks of it, the story is still about 'will they or won't they' and 'childhood friends to lovers' like the rest, no matter how much it claims to be different. If you adore plots about childhood friends developing into something more, give it a read.

Sam and Jenny, childhood friends whose relationship is put under strain by war, distance, and misplaced letters of the alphabet, are the guinea pigs of Judy Condon's Listen to Your Heart. This poignant story, which takes place during the Vietnam War, intertwines fate, love, and unexpected discoveries.

Being able to read the perspective of both the protagonists of the story will be a nice way to understand and to relate to the story better. They say there is always two sides in a story and to know both of theirs will give readers insight to how a man and a woman think when it comes to friendship and their journey to discover their deeper feelings for each other.

Despite all obstacles, "Listen to Your Heart" redefines love. Sam and Jenny, childhood friends, deal with decades of unresolved sentiments, missing letters, and the war. A romance set in the Vietnam era that has two points of view, intense passion, and an unexpected turn.

From the initial description of the book, I would have thought it would be a standard romance story. That's why I'm surprised that it has a rather unique and unexpected plot. Still, I hope Jenny and Sam end up together.

"Listen To your Heart" is an unconventional love story about two childhood friends who viewed their love to be that of siblings. Turns out they had an even stronger bond. The plot of this story is very intriguing, and I am already in love with romance novels. I'm rooting for Sam and Jenny, and hoping that they find each other once again. Congratulations on BOTD.
