This book tells a story that revolves around the 16th century Jewish persecution in Europe. All the characters seem promising. There’s a bit of humor in the narrative, which sounds interesting. Congrats on BOTD!

I have currently developed an interest in historical fiction, based on this detailed review, I really want to read this book. Through such books, I really get to learn about what happened and why certain things are the way they are.

I don't particularly enjoy reading historical fiction, so I will pass on this one. Nonetheless, congrats on BOTD!

Acts of Hope seems interesting. I'm so inquisitive to know the outcome between Will and Maria.

Historical fiction is fascinating, and I don’t think the Inquisition gets enough attention. I also appreciate the relative diversity represented in the book and how all the characters have the potential to be well-rounded. I just hope that the book is historically accurate as well. Thank you for the helpful review.

I am glad to see that this historical book is both well edited and well researched. It seems like this author knows what they're doing in this genre and does it well.

Acts of hope as a historical fiction would be a book I'll definitely want to read as it explores cultures. I especially would like to know about 16th century Portugal and follow up in the love story of its interesting characters. Overall, it promises to be a good read.

The sample pages were excellent, and I am encouraged by your claim that this is one of the best historical fictions you’ve read in a while. I look forward to reading this book and learning more about the Portuguese and Spanish Inquisitions. Thank you for a great review.
