Historical fiction is always exciting to read. I am curious about how the planet Venus and the goddess Venus are incorporated into the story. This book sounds wonderful so congratulations on BOTD.

This is quite a captivating story. Different stories are connected in one book. Am certainly getting a copy of this book. Interesting review.

Wow, this is a nice historical fiction. I'm glad that despite having different stories in every chapter the author kept focusing on venus. Thank you for the nice review.

Book encompassing the superficial influence of Venus on mankind makes it a unique read. Hopefully, fan of this genre would enjoy this book. Congratulations on BOTD.

It's interesting to see a historical fiction book about the planet and how everything came to be. Coupled with the fact that it has different stories, I find that interesting and fun to read. This is a wonderful book.

I read and re-read the sample, then read the review. I had a difficult time with this book because I’ve heard this story many times over, just different variations. When I got through the first chapter, I don’t think I was paying attention to really notice anything but the narrative and the “plot” if you will. I would choose to pass on this book. I enjoyed the review better than the book itself.

Reading historical novels has never been my part of my hobby. But the fact that this book focuses on the planet Venus is interesting. Thank you for your review.

This sounds a whole of goodness in a book. I have actually wondered if there was any connections between man and Venus.
I guess this is my answer right here.
Kudos!

This historical fiction is a book with a difference. A. F. Carcirieri, Jr has followed the historic trajetery of the myths of the planet Venus. Very interesting book that I would like to read sometime. Thank you for your well written review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I'm very intrigued by this book as it is out of the ordinary among historical fiction books. I'm certainly interested in reading it, although I agree that the author could have done more by presenting it in two parts as a series. Thank you for sharing this detailed review, this is a book l'm going to read and share.

Greek mythology is not really my thing, so I will be passing on this one. However, I commend the author for their knowledge about it and their ability to make several stories about Venus in one book. Thanks for the review!

I am a fan of historical fiction, but through the description of the book, I'm not sure it's a story that I would be interested in, though it does sound like a very unique tale, or collection of tales I gather. I want to keep an open mind however, so I will add it to my reading list and see where this unusual journey of a novel takes me. Thank you for the informative review.

It's interesting reading a review of a compilation of stories. I understood the book to be long and none of the stories particularly piqued my interest.

Wow, was what I thought after reading chapter 11 has 346 pages! I enjoyed reading the narrative in the opening chapters. Each story is an adventure into the past, mixed with elements of sci-fi/fantasy type stories. I tend to agree, that it seems possible that this book could be rewritten into two or more books. Great review
