I'll pass this book on to sports lovers because it will fascinate them more. The way the story unfolded was respectable to me. Congratulations on the book of the day.

Well, I sincerely hope that Arnold will not be another Scotty. I have no children myself, but my parents, though not perfect people, gave me and my siblings all the love that they could give. I count myself blessed.

I wonder how the apple tree in the title figures in the story. The font used was so small I almost missed it.

I've never read a book on sports, nor have I ever had much interest, but this does seem like a compelling read! May have to check it out.

This book had a lot of great elements – the characters, the setting, and the tension. Some plot points felt a bit rushed, but overall, it was a really enjoyable read.
