I knew there are more things to this book than the title suggests. Historical fiction is one of my favourite genres as it gives me creative way to view history and what made this book is appealing is because it is blended with romance and mystery.

Great review. While historical fiction is not really my cup of tea this sounds like s good fit for fans of the genre who also enjoy stories about war and espionage with action and some romance for extra flavor. Thanks so much for sharing.

I enjoy Historical fiction and this book did not disappoint. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. It appeared to me that the author had done extensive research, inspired from his father’s experiences during World War II, in the writing of this novel. The story had enough suspense, humor and a little romance.

Thank you for your review. I do love historical fiction, but not war and espionage. However, this book does sound intriguing with the parts of the Egyptian pyramids and Sphinx. I have put this on my "want to read" shelf.

A well written book with war story and a bit of romance. Yes, I love book written at that time on war. The topic did not capture the total message in the book. It is a must read.

This sounds like a solid book for lovers of historical fiction. I personally do like this genre and to hear from the reviewer that the book is very eloquently written with well-developed characters, it sounds like a great recipe. I will add this to my to read shelf.

Being suspenseful and absorbing, the tale is well written, easy to read, and full of fascinating historical details. Excitingly, it gives a fair account of the Egyptian pyramids, Sphinx, and other structures at Giza.
Wonderful learning something about a wonder of the world. Thanks for this review.

I real like the historical war literature especially during the rise and fall of Nazi. The way allied powers neutralized central powers is quite interesting.

:techie-studyingbrown: I think this will be a good book to know More about military, besides that trilogy, excellent historical settings, gentle humour of the writer, and love story, with these great combinations, I think its gonna be wonderful reading it even though I don't like historical fictions especially including war

The locations are excellent, I would love to read about them. I don't think this one is for me, as I am not a fan of historical fiction. But I like that it has a guitar score at the end. And congratulations for the professional editing!

I don't like historical fiction on a good day, but I especially dislike stories of war and espionage, so I will decidedly not be reading this book... Thanks for the review, though.

The addition of a guitar music sheet doesn't appeal me, but this books' historical setting does :) Thank you for your review!

I'm fascinated by historical fiction, but the only kind I can say I've ever really enjoyed is Chinese and Japanese historical fiction.

I had doubts at the sight of the book cover and title, but your review has piqued my interest. Thank you.

I have downloaded one of the limited copies that are being offered free for review, and I'm looking forward to reading it.
