Quite a great review. To be sincere choices have consequences. The author has built up the characters in an organised way bringing out the contrast between youngsters and the old.It is also a wise thing to listen to both sides to avoid more chaos.I admire Steve's bravery.A commendable book for a mature audience.Congratulations for being the BOTD.

Thank you for your insightful review! I appreciate how you highlighted the book’s ability to present multiple perspectives without pushing a political agenda. It’s refreshing to hear that Wild World balances realism with a compelling plot, especially given its historical backdrop. Steve’s decision to join the police force despite the growing tension between law enforcement and protesters sounds like a great source of internal and external conflict. It’s also interesting that the novel explores the consequences of youthful decisions and how experiences shape perceptions. Your mention of the well-developed characters and dynamic pacing makes this book even more appealing. I’m glad to hear that the editing is strong as well!

Thank you for your review. I read the sample. Steve, a level-headed guy, finds his way through the sad Vietnam era. He looks for a meaningful career with Roxie, a woman he met at college. I was a teenager; not many got to go to college. Nevertheless, we all lived our lives, did our duty, found jobs, and raised a family. Life goes on.

This book, Wild World, is a powerful read by the author Peter S. Rush. The setting is from the days of New York City in the 70s during a radical time of The Vietnam War, the Black Panthers, and Mohammad Ali. The author gives plots and twists, from crooked cops to political chaos. I would love to see it as a very descriptive movie. I also would recommend it to a historical reader; however, due to the use of profanity and the sexual content in this book, I would not suggest it to young audiences.

liked that the events in the relationship between Steve and Roxanne were real-life occurrences in an actual relationship.
The seventies were an eventful decade. There was the Vietnam War and its effect on American culture and values. I enjoyed every bit of the book as it is filled with suspense

"Wild World" by Peter S. Rush poignantly captures the historical events of the then-Vietnam War. The author takes us on a journey of political agenda and social reforms, and the social effects of those decisions on the people by those in authority.
The plot flows seamlessly driving consistency till the end.

A very much thought-provoking novel "Wild World" by Peter S. Rush has a compelling plot. Nice thing is that the book has multiple themes like the killing of students at Kent State University and the Vietnam war.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

"Wild World" by Peter S. Rush follows Steve Logan, a college student who joins the police force during the Vietnam War protests. As he uncovers corruption, his beliefs, relationships, and future are tested. With a gripping plot and historical depth, this novel sounds captivating! Congrats BOTD!

Wild World" by Peter S. Rush, a book that features students and campus, police brutality, and oppressions. It will be interesting to find out how the students fought in such difficult situations. This an interseting book to read with a plot twist.
