Daughter of Jerusalem, Joan Wolf

Post by egeekmom »

I've heard Wolf's name in Biblical Fiction, but this was my first book by her. It's an easy read; doable in a day at the beach or over a few evenings. I appreciate the creative license she took with the characters. She creates an elaborate history for Mary Magdalene which is quite compelling. Don't recommend reading into the theology; it's really just a creative fantasy, as opposed to an interpretation.
