Beatriz M. Robles, the author of the book Artwords has talent for creating double meaning words, calligraphy, poetry composition, and giving us readers a deeper insight into objects and everyday life. I do enjoy a good poetry book as I believe that poetry is cathartic.

As someone who loves poetry and artistic prose, this sounds intriguing, to say the least! I'm not into reading intimate details though, so I appreciate it being mentioned in the review.

The way the author, Beatriz M. Robles, uses calligrams to create images and combines words with photographs is a fascinating concept. Your review has certainly piqued my interest in 'Artwords'.

This sounds like a very unusual book, using pictures of common household items as well as words to create new concepts. This is not a book that I am interested in reading, but thank you for the comprehensive and interesting review.

Thanks for an insightful review! This sounds like a really creative book. I never heard of the calligram technique. The example of the comb with words that makes it look like the woman is talking to the comb sounds intriguing. I am off to read the sample!

The book consists of colorful literary artworks that can be both read and appreciated visually, such as calligrams, photographs with words, and reductive poetry. The review is nice and congrats on BOTD

Thank you for a lovely review.
This book sounds delightful. I love words, and the depths they can reach in terms of communicating messages and feelings. I love that this book plays with words and art and sensual expression so cleverly. I shall note this one down.

I have always been interested in all art forms since childhood. Painting has always been my passion. I oil paint, paint rocks with acrylics, draw with charcoal or pastels, etc. So, I am very interested in this book and what I can learn from doing caligram. Thanks for the informative review.
