RELAXATION AND TENSION: After the moments of tension, learn to relax. Relax, take in three deep breaths. Inhale, and exhale, it would help you're release tension.Lay back and rest. Lying down on your back, stare steadily at the ceiling. Then observe rest on solitude and quietness. Don't forget that when the tension occurs, you should accept it to give you the lift in spirit for action.
