All Corals Were the Bubble Troves

Part I

Emblematic

What Poseidon?
A master
Created such?
The Moon flower
Upon frail Sand Dollar

Brittle as a wafer
An intricate design inlaid

What artist
Mermaid
Fish
Or sailor

Brought you
Here
To my
Private shore

To give
Such
Pleasure?

Do not fear
Dashing
Waves
The Old gray rock
Jagged

Talons sharp
Point of alar
Or heron's searing
Pterodactyl
Beak

Beauty is
In worn stone
Smooth
The wobbly
Rock

Sentient cherry
Corals lament swaying
Wailing
Startled
By the likeness of being
The salty ire

The labirynth
Crying
Silent turbulence
In mazeful
Sea

You will not
Be crushed!

With the smallest
Lace
You become
My allegory

Worn close
To my heart
Protected

As you were
Me
