Running waters
Flowing down
Drifting to
A lonely place

A broken heart
Is what I have
I pray for strength
At love's command
For love is the cure
I await
I endure

Oh love on my mind
Wipe the tears
Through these times

Rushing waters
Wipe me clean
Clean my heart
Comfort me

Release me
From the pain
Take me now
Clear my name
