You are stationed
at the deepest of depths
in my ocean of misery
Once was the epitome
of my happiness
quickly switched to my deepest fears
I should have never
treasured you so dearly
so that when the time comes
when you walk so far away
I would've not knelt in the rain
all my strength draining to the ground
my hand clutching my chest
my other hand curled into a ball
as my wails echo around the pavement
my clothes soiled, shoes buried in mud
I desperately wish for a lot of things
for the rain to stop
for the waves to cease
for my life to end
someone please take away my sight
his back I still recall
as he cowardly run away with his future
and I turn into his futile past
tell me ex-lover
why are you of a weaker heart?

I really like that how you poured the feeling when someone leaves you for there own selfish reason especially when you are describing that how much you have fallen for some to give your trust and atlast all you get is loneliness

Good poetry is about emotion, and this is raw emotion. Good job.
