Is Anyone Having Trouble With The Daily Giveaway Email?

For three days now, I have not been getting the email for the Daily Giveaway with the secret code. I have checked all incoming emails, spam folder and trash, but nothing. I have contacted support each time for three days, but I have not gotten an answer. Is anyone having the same problem, and got an answer from support?

I've been receiving the daily giveaway emails, but I hear you on contacting support. I've requested an appeal of a disqualification on the giveaway (one of the bonus items) on 6/9, and even though it's been escalated, the moderator still hasn't responded.

I've been receiving the emails, but I cannot submit my review, when I click submit the page goes blank. I've tried different browsers and devices, but the same thing happens. I've already contacted support but have not heard back yet. I don't know why they are taking so long to reply now.
