Mentoring program start date reset

Has this happened to anyone:
The start date for the mentoring program resets even though you have been adhering to the requirements. I started on June 16 and now it has the start date of July 13. The system showed that I need to continue signing up for the program (it never showed this until today). I had previously completed signing up for the program in June.
