Listening to YOUR body and giving it what it needs DOES!...there are no " one-size fits all " solutions...
( and NO it doesn't need SUGAR, WHITE /bread /flour/rice/pasta/pastries, etc...or any processed sodium /salt laden FAKE foods... )
You wanna be well?...........you are what you eat...........
End of rant!......THANKS !
Carpe Diem!

Try to have something " fresh " w/each meal, something that " grows " from the ground...
You'll feel better, guaranteed!...take it slowly/gradually, otherwise you'll give up...
I love fried chicken, ( I " oven " fry it, along w/oven French fries )..........comes out krispy/crunchy w/o all that GREASE...
Carpe Diem!

People think of diets as short-term solutions. Why do you think that juicing for a week will work if the next week you only eat crap?
Anyway, I totally agree with Suzy as well.
I don't consider my lifestyle a diet because I don't do it for health reasons, even though it has its perks.
As some people here might already know, I'm vegan (celebrating 2 years on the 22nd, woohoo). I do it for the animals. Some people try a full vegetarian diet for a while. There are many diets and each works for certain people. As for someone who tries a vegetarian diet, please think of the other aspects as well, it's not limited to your body only but to all living beings on earth and that's a wonderful thing
