B.H., I'd forgotten all about those Porcupine Meatballs !...i'll have to make them...

Grilled Veal Sweetbreads, I very rarely buy them, they're OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive but every now and then a splendid TREAT...maybe i'll have them again for a special New Years dinner...

I just ate undercooked rice with minced chicken and mushroom. At least the chicken and mushrooms were cooked properly. :oops:
