Does anyone else have trouble downloading from Audible?

Does anyone else have trouble downloading from Audible?

I have subscribed to Audible off and on for over 10 years and recently cannot download any books in my library. I have purchased dozens of books on Audible that I have never read and recently find that I cannot download a listen to them. I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs with one of their tech people (who was answering from the Caribbean) and they could not make it work either. I have purchased so many books that now appear useless to me which is very disappointing to say the least. I am an avid book listener when in my car. They gave me back my membership fee for this month but I really wanted the books. The download quits after about the third cd. Does anyone know an answer to this problem?
