Re: Fave coffee?

I like Colombian, but will admit that living alone I tend to get instant, though a good quality. I've also realised that I used to say 'I like strong coffee' but the truth is that I like medium coffee made strong, which isn't the same. I also agree that Macdonald's coffee is surprisingly good. A cafe near where I live has just started doing a Christmas line of cinnamon mocha and I already know I will consume far too much of it!

EVERYTHING that tastes nice is bad for your health - okay, so I like strawberries and cherry tomatoes :-) Anyway, lately they're saying coffee is good for you.

Some people said, coffee can speed up metabolism. Those who find it hard to release their toxic wastes are suggested to drink coffee too. So it's "Drink moderately" like wines. ?
