I wish I could explore the cosmos. It wouldn't matter how, but it would have to be quick, as in, I wouldn't want to wait years on years to get to another galaxy and start looking around for stuff. Basically, I'd have to be faster than the speed of light (which is not possible) :P

World peace.

If countries were not spending so much money and effort on defense most of the other problems of the world like hunger and illness and the environment could be addressed and there would still be money left over. All of the miracle technologies developed to both kill and defend from being killed could be directed at science which could benefit mankind.
