The reason I get stressed is usually before I have a lot in my mind. So I'd rather meditate and calm my thoughts instead of busying my hands once again.

I space out, I can't even control it sometimes. When I do get a hold of myself, I'll probably write. It helps me get all the frustrations out. Other times, I go outside for a walk. And of course, I'll pray. I read too at times.
