Since leaving NY I have met nice people at DMV's in TN, NC, and FLsuzy1124 wrote:Sounds like the DMV!

Same thing with Walmart. Most of the ones I have been to across the US are fine. The worst one with the rudest people was in Naples, FL.
It also depends on where you are. In my little mountain town in TN even the scariest looking people hold doors open and call you ma'am and sir in the Dollar General

REally??? I always heard that was a great place to visit. I would know nothing at all because I have never been to that part of the country.
