True. Ive seen times when the cupboard was getting bare before payday we had to eat what was there, whether we liked it or not.

me too taters and turkey gravy!

T-giving is my absolute fave...can't wait to sink my teeth into a juicy crispy turkey leg , white meat is Tasteless compared to dark, IMHO of course.............good for sandwiches tho, the next day! swimming in Remolaude sauce, ch. onions pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and bacon...

Im ready!! Cant find a good steak here. The beef is good, its all natural no chemical fed cattle just natural meat. Problem is, steaks are so tough you might as well take off your shoe and try to eat it. But shredded or in hamburger form its the best.

I have seen meat at some stores that resemble what you describe. I don't buy my meat at those stores. Thankfully we have quite a few options within 10 or so miles from where I live.

Theres one store here that has American meat, but its not very good. It tastes slimy or something.
