I say outside only because I normally fry my turkey. If I bake it, i make stuffing inside and out.

Still eating it, cooked a second one just for sandwiches...............I eat Turkey all year long ( the only difference on Thanksgiving is that I make stuffing and gravy )

I have some soup in the freezer and one more frozen bird to be cooked at some point in the future. Couldn't pass up the price :wink:

First time there were no turkey " sales " here, I paid thru the nose..............last year they were on sale at .39 per lb............I bought 6 for under $ 50 bucks.............

But even at full price it's still a BARGAIN...

I do, along w/a Duck...my husband used to make a Goose for xmas..........on New Years we make Lobster, and /or Prime Rib..

I have a big Duck craving lately, w/a chestnut /wild rice stuffing, and sauce l'orange /peach...
