You switch the first switch on for 10 minutes and then switch it off again. You then switch the second switch on and leave the third switch off. When you go in the attic, the bulb that is off, but still warm (hopefully no LED bulbs or it won't work!) belongs to the first switch, the bulb that is on belongs to the second switch, and the bulb that is off and cool, belongs to the third switch.


You hear it speak for it has a hard tongue. But it cannot breathe for it has not a lung. What is it?
